I'm impressed by the quality and customer care. I'm equally impressed with the quick turnaround time. Less than two weeks. I'll absolutely be ordering more in the future.

I have been testing out different manufacturers, and Rayna crafts really hit it home for me. The quality is really good, the pictures printed very crisp, and the charm is covered in acrylic on both sides. The only downside I have is the colors can come out a little muted; but this is on me as files were done in RBG instead of CMYK.

The final result is perfect. The colours are brillantI like It!

Al realizar el envio hubo un problema con la dirección de envío y me contactaron antes de enviar mi pedido. Les pedí que me lo enviasen a otra dirección. Llegó bastante rápido a Barcelona. Sin duda volveré a pedir. Lo recomiendo.
