The keychains I ordered turned out just as I would have liked them, though I did make a mistake with the image I sent it in, but even with that mistake it turned out how I would have liked it. If you need the keychains by a set date and you live somewhere in North America, I would recommend ordering it WAYY ahead of time as shipping does take long, specifically during the winter times. Overall the customer service was great, the keychains were great and they were worth the wait.
